With background in corporate, an MBA and a deep-rooted passion for wellness, I understand firsthand what it’s like to feel successful on paper but disconnected inside. That’s why my mission is to help individuals—especially busy professionals—reconnect with their bodies, calm their minds, and create space for joy, balance, and purpose. Whether through movement or mindful guidance, I support you in living fully—without burning out in the process.

Have you ever felt stuck in your professional life, whether in a corporate job or as an entrepreneur? Maybe you know you what you don't like, are going through a burnout or perhaps you’ve relocated and suddenly feel lost, ungrounded, or unsure of who you are in this new space.

I’ve been there too. I once worked solely for others, disconnected from my inner voice, and eventually hit burnout. But through that experience, I found myself and now I’m here to help you do the same.

Movement

As part of making you feel better, living a healthy lifestyle is part of a joyful journey. 

As you may have seen online, I teach Pilates, Yoga, and Barre, both online and in-person. Whether it’s for you, a group of friends, a corporate team, or a special event, I tailor each class to your needs.

My teaching style is energetic and dynamic, with offerings like Power Yoga and High-Intensity Pilates. I also guide more calming practices, such as Yin Yoga and Classical Pilates, to support rest and recovery.

Movement has been part of my life since a young age, but it became my true calling in 2019. After experiencing burnout while working in the corporate world in Asia, I turned to yoga and it changed everything. Since then, I’ve been passionate about teaching and sharing the powerful benefits of body–mind connection and intentional movement.
