This is a wellness re(treat) designed for men and women who enjoy movement and adventure, but rarely find the time to plan a getaway.
During this retreat you will stay in the most beautiful accommodation, eat delicious local and organic dishes, sip the most tasteful wines from the region, meet and connect with like-minded people, explore the South African country side through walks and hikes, move and nurture your body, expand your mind, and hopefully (re)discover some things about yourself.
We are staying at a farmhouse sanctuary perfectly positioned in the heart of the Cape Winelands just 10 minutes from the picturesque town of Franschhoek. To be more specific, it is at Deltacrest Country Estate. A boutique secured estate, encircled by some of South Africa's most prestigious wine farms.
